Within my current position at ESET, I have redeveloped the website from scratch, developed the knowledgebase and site search using the InQuira platform, made shopping cart enhancements using the Netsuite platform, streamlined the trial download and the regular download process, created RSS feeds that improve departmental communication and also created a support form to help customers get resolutions to their issues in an efficient manner that oftentimes bypasses the need to file a tech support ticket.

While working with this company, I worked a lot with social media. Our main web application was RealGifts, which I lead a team of developers in creating the front and back ends for, as well as API's that communicated with Facebook and other RealGifts affiliates.
